Sing this new year...

"It begins, as most things begins, with a song.
In the beginning, after all, were the words, and they came with a tune. That was how the world was made, how the void was divided, how the lands and the stars and the dreams and the little gods and the animal, how all of them come into the world.
They were sung.

Songs remain, they last. The right song can turn an emperor into a laughing stock, can bring down the dynasties. A song can last long after the events and the people in it are dust and dreams and gone. That's the power of songs.

Each person who ever was or is or will be has a song. It isn’t a song that anybody else wrote. It has its own melody, it has its own words. Very few people get to sing their own song. Most of us fear that we cannot do it justice with our voices, or that our words are too foolish or too honest, or too odd. So people live their songs instead."

... and you?
... what melody and words has you inner song got?
... are you so magically crazy as to sing it loud?
... and would you sing it to me... now?

Nice song. I am listening Astrud Gilberto's album "The Millennium Collection".

I guess I would sing...

" ..amore fra cinque anni dove andrò? e tu chi sarai e chi saremo? fuori dal riformatorio le vite perdute come gioia passata, per sempre come moda. Cos'è che ci rende prigionieri ? .. "

...but I'm not so sure I would sing it that loud.

This is an interesting question. I would just start singing and see what come out - let if flow freely - let it go!
